Yosemite, Late April, 2015. Drought year, however, it snowed two weeks back, so it appears to have waterfalls, but the park rangers say it will dry up within weeks, instead months. Also note no snow in the high country. I go every year, and I use to see snow in the high country all the way till early May. Even the roads that are normally closed till June are open with no snow to be seen. It is beautiful, but if you know the story, it is sad.
