In the asana practice you are looking for space within the body. In meditation you are looking for space within the mind. If you still the mind, and fill the spacious body with the Divine breath, you will finally create space in the heart. This Divine breath can now flow into and out of the heart through your thoughts, through your words, and finally, through your actions. This spacious, mindful way, should be the foundation that you chose to build a more effective and happy life. First you must realize and acknowledge you have everything you need in order to be the person you want to be. Then you need to believe and have faith that in every step you take towards the Divine, the Divine takes 100 steps towards you. You can not lose, just have faith, and step towards your Dharma.
